With nearly 3,000 automotive, truck and tractor clients spread right across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the South Pacific, we have the widest range of job opportunities available. We are ideally located to service clients and candidates looking for either regional or metropolitan employment vacancies or opportunities. The great majority of our work revolves around retail franchised motor dealers, however our services extend to any automotive, tractor or equipment related operations.

Confidential Automotive Recruitment Services (CARS) was established in 1997 by Geoff Fowler, who brings to this organisation a 44 year career in the  automotive and tractor industries. Geoff has worked in the industry at both wholesale and retail levels with a variety of automotive and tractor franchises and was a Dealer Principal for 16 years. Geoff Fowler, Chris Fowler, Rowan Coe and Leo Simmons make up the CARS team.
