Confidential Automotive Recruitment Services (CARS) was established in 1997 by Geoff Fowler, who brings to this organisation a 44 year career in the  automotive and tractor industries. Geoff has worked in the industry at both wholesale and retail levels with a variety of automotive and tractor franchises and was a Dealer Principal for 16 years. 

CARS is a registered Private Employment Agency specialising in the recruitment of experienced staff for retail Car, Truck, Tractor and Equipment dealers throughout Australia and the South Pacific. Most of our work is with franchised dealers, but we will happily handle any automotive or equipment related business.

Geoff Fowler, Chris Fowler and Rowan Coe make up the CARS team.

Chris has been involved in the automotive industry from an early age. Upon completing his Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resources, Chris worked at a senior level in both the Brisbane legal and recruitment industries.

Rowan holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing and has extensive management and marketing experience within a variety of industries. A recent addition to the team, Rowan will help to grow the business by providing additional recruitment support to our customers.
