Our client is a major player in the motorcycle, watercraft and ATV industry in NSW and they are seeking expressions of interest for a Dealer Principal for one of their multi franchise dealerships.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the operation of the dealership. They will be responsible for maximising return on investment, profit and loss, managing competitive multi franchise relationships to achieve their required market objectives, daily operation, planning, development and implementation of marketing plans for both short term and long term growth. You will be directly responsible for managing and controlling company assets, as well as managing and developing employees for future growth.
The dealership team is passionate and open minded and they are seeking a leader with these characteristics. You will be either already be a Dealer Principal or experienced General Manager ready to take the next step in your career. You must have a good understanding of all departmental operational requirements of a motorcycle/motor vehicle dealership from new sales, used sales, finance, insurance, parts, and accessories through to work shop operations. You will be hands on and ready to get involved and drive this dealership forward.
The successful candidate will have a large support team to help them throughout their transition phase. The salary package on offer will be discussed with the successful candidate but will comprise of retainer, super, car allowance and a healthy commission structure.
