Our client operates a multi-franchise dealership on the Queensland Coast and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to supervise their new and used sales activities, which are spread over three major franchises as well as used vehicles, at ONE of their two local sites. The role will work closely with the Group GSM, and your major focus will be to improve where possible, the sales performance of the site, with a focus on finance and aftermarket activities.
Candidates must demonstrate that they have the ability to manage a small but experienced team, towards targets of around mid 50’s vehicles per month. This role will supervise 3 sales staff as well as an Aftermarket Consultant. Previous experience using the Reynolds & Reynolds / Pentana system or similar will also be highly regarded.
You will be joining a large, privately owned dealership, which has been trading in the local area since the late 1950’s! They are one of the major automotive players in the region and have an excellent mix of some of the best selling brands in the Australian market!
An attractive remuneration package comprising a retainer plus incentives, with the ability to earn in the vicinity of $120,000 will be discussed with the ideal candidate.
