Job Description:

Our client operates one of the largest and most successful automotive enterprises in Fiji. With a staff of over 500, they enjoy substantial market share for its various franchises covering the car, light commercial vehicle, truck and tractor segments. With its enviable mix of vehicle franchises, they are am industry leader enjoying almost a third of the new vehicle market, whilst also being a substantial dealer in imported used vehicles.

Looking to appoint a National Fixed Operations Manager, the role will see you leading a total staff of 200, spread over 6 sites, which includes service and repairs, fabrication, paint and panel, machine shop and wheels and tyres.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you be able to demonstrate previous experience in a senior management capacity, preferably in a major-franchise / high-volume dealership. You will be dealing with a diverse workforce, so you must also have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package consisting of a retainer, plus allowances, performance incentives, vehicle, accommodation, insurances, club membership, flights, annual leave and various other inclusions.
