Our client is a large major multi franchised dealership located in beautiful North Queensland. They have a current vacancy for a well organised New Car Sales Manager with proven dealership sales management experience.
They require a strong Manager who can lead the team and is highly driven to succeed and excel. This role will see you implementing a cultural change that embraces a proven process. To be successful you must demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, a proven track record in both sales and management, excellent time management skills, and a record for exemplary customer satisfaction. You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in running a successful franchise, with exceptional, verifiable industry references.
Reporting to the GSM, you will focus on market share, training and staff retention across a variety of franchises. The DMS in use at this dealership is Units. On target, you should expect to earn $130-$140k in this role. A car is provided, and standard superannuation will be paid.
