Our client is a major, multi-franchise vehicle dealer based on the beautiful Central Queensland coast. They are currently looking for expressions of interest from top sales specialists for two positions at their dealership, the first due to growth and the second due to the incumbents relocation to another dealership in the group.
Role one – New Car Sales Manager (volume franchise) – c$150,000 OTE
- This role will see you leading a team of 3 Sales Consultants for one of our clients major brands.
- The chosen candidate will be energetic, passionate and not a “desk-sitter”, but someone who leads from the floor.
- Previous experience as either a 2IC or Sales Manager with a volume brand is required. You will be joining a dedicated, professional team which will reward first rate performance.
An attractive remuneration package comprising of a negotiable retainer plus incentives, superannuation and vehicle will be negotiated with the ideal applicant, with on target earnings expected to be as high as $150,000.
Role two – Premium Brands Sales Consultant
If you have previous luxury experience and would like to consider making a move to a major coastal Queensland town (which experiences more than 300 days of sunshine annually) we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate for this role must have:
- Strong selling & closing skills
- Excellent time management & communication abilities
- Immaculate presentation
- Be energetic, dynamic and motivated to succeed
- Experienced in the sale of premium brand / luxury vehicles and
- Possess a stable employment history.
The selected candidate will receive an excellent retainer, plus a luxury drive car and excellent incentive plan. A strong performer could earn around $110,000 in this role, and forge for themselves a solid and rewarding career.
