Our client is a major franchised automotive dealer based in Adelaide . In this role you will be tasked with the planning directing and controlling the activities of the Administration Department.
This is a senior position and the ideal applicant must be able to demonstrate previous experience in a senior administration role in the automotive sector along with accounts experience. The key to your success will be your initiative, commercial focus, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
You will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Your duties will include looking after creditors, accounts receivable/payable, deal processing, assisting recetion and finance when needed and managing the department in the Financial Controllers absence.
This is a hands on position and my client would prefer an automotive experienced candidate. Exposure to Pentana or Eranet a distinct advantage.
