The company sells and services a range of leading agricultural products, which includes tractors, telehandlers, combine harvesters, loaders, boomsprays, platforms, ride on mowers, generators, as well as attachments.
They are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced administrators for the position of Service Administrator. Reporting to the Service and General Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate processing of the administration requirements of the service department, such as opening and closing job orders, booking in customers, service reception, warranty submission etc.
Previous experience in a Service Administration role will be ideal, but applicants who have any automotive administrative, registration, service or parts department experience are encouraged to apply. The computer system in use at this dealership is Nova, but experience with a similar system such as Reynolds or AutoIT would be a suitable base to learn from.
