Service Advisor (AC5050)

Job Description:

Open to Service Advisers AND those looking to move to that role from another department!

Our client is a major, multi-franchised dealership, and is seeking a 5th Service Advisor for their busy department, situated in an inner city suburb. You will be joining a busy department, with good opportunity to up sell, and you will be handling around 10-15 customers on average per day, plus internal work. This important role reports to the Service Manager and the computer system in use is Pentana / Reynolds and Reynolds. This a great opportunity to join a growing dealership that offers real career progression.

As a Service Advisor, you will be instrumental in the daily running of the department, and must be able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have experience in this type of role, have excellent customer relations, be computer literate, have good communication, time management and organisational skills, and consider yourself to be among the best at what you do. A technical background would be well regarded but is not a prerequisite.
