Job Description:

This well established, prestige dealership is seeking an experienced automotive Service Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a respected business that has been servicing the area for many years and has a great reputation with its customers.

The Service Manager will be responsible for the planning, development and administration of the Service Department. You will have the ability to lead a strong service and administration team to ensure that the department is working to full capacity to achieve all key performance indicators. You will be customer service orientated and handle any complaints in a polite and timely manner to ensure total customer satisfaction.

You will ensure your team adhere to the companies policies and procedures, are punctual and have a positive attitude and provide a safe and harmonious working environment for all.

Monthly reporting and meetings with the service department as well as other departments will be a part of your employment. You will be required to monitor budgets, staff productivity, parts stock levels and warranty claims. You will report directly to the Dealer Principal.

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package which includes retainer, commission/bonus structure, super and a company car.
