Our client is a long standing privately owned and run dealership and they are seeking a Warranty Clerk to join their service team.
The successful candidate must have automotive experience in a similar position and be able to work under pressure and handle a heavy work load.
You will compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines and costing of repair orders; ensure valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted are kept; a high level of computer proficiency; excellent customer service ethic; ability to work as part of a team; great organisational skills and be driven to succeed.
The successful applicant will be offered an attractive salary package comprising of retainer, super and commission structure.
