Job Description:
Our client is a major, multi-franchised dealership, with multiple sites on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the growth of their operations, they are looking to appoint a candidate with strong front-line service experience, who can assist the Service Manager by managing the service departments front of house operations. This is a permanent role, which will see you supervising 2 Service Receptionists and 4 Service Advisors, in a department that performs in excess of 80 ro’s per day.
Because of how busy this site it, the position is suited to a Senior Service Advisor that is looking to step up and take on increased responsibilities. This role is available for an immediate start and is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a large group, where further promotional opportunities for strong performers is available.
The chosen candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package comprising a retainer plus incentives. A company vehicle or allowance may also be considered.
