Our client is a leading software installation company with 25 years’ experience with offices around the world. They are looking for a Field Services Technician who
enjoys being on the road, working remotely and has a strong passion and drive for a customer driven culture.
Responsibility:
- Installation of vehicle and truck hardware for fleet companies, dealerships and several clients through the Canberra area
- Maintain high installation quality standards
- Ensure best practice techniques and procedures are followed
- Diagnosis of system faults, repair and replacement of faulty equipment
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner
- Monitoring and reporting on the status of each job
Attributes:
- Automotive background
- Experience in aftermarket accessory installation (preferably)
- Can-do attitude
- Proactive approach
- Valid and clean ACT Driver’s License
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail
