An opportunity exists to join a professional luxury dealer whose mission continues to be delivering the highest degree of customer service. This role would see you working closely with the Workshop Controller being responsible for:
- Taking all necessary steps to diagnose and ensure the correct operation of vehicles sold under dealer warranty, including the dismantling and reconstruction or replacement of faulty components
- Repairing the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems.
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to Service Manager and record using in-house databases or reporting systems
- Ordering parts needed as part of warranty service
- Providing guidance and training to Apprentice Service Technicians
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes relating to dealer product range
- Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return of all vehicles
The ideal candidate for this role will possess luxury vehicle experience in addition to the ability to work pro actively in an autonomous environment. High attention to detail, a good work ethic and the ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit is required. This role is full time Monday to Friday and is based close to the city.
An attractive hourly rate will be offered to the successful candidate.
