To achieve the desired outcomes for this position, the chosen candidate must have the following skills, abilities and experience:
- Strong sales skills and the capacity to overcome objections
- Advanced knowledge of customer service
- High level of presentation
- Ability to work autonomously within a policy/procedure framework
- Ability to set an example for staff to follow
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to lead a team to higher goals
- Perseverance and tenacity
- Demonstrated experience in managing a volume brand and achieving strong gross figures
