Due to the recent departure of the incumbent who relocated to another state, we are looking to speak with proven Service Managers who are experienced in running a multi-franchise workshop. The ideal candidate will be currently managing a medium-volume service department, be results focused and able to drive their team towards target achievement and excellent customer service levels. The Service Manager will be responsible for the planning, development and administration of one of the dealerships two service departments. You will have the ability to lead a strong service and administration team to ensure that the department is working to full capacity to achieve all key performance indicators. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service that will drive the service department results, attention to detail and a never say die attitude to lead your team will provide the basis of the departments success. You will be required to monitor budgets, staff productivity, and warranty claims.
